This deep tissue massage is beneficial not only for those who exercise or compete regularly, but also for anyone who uses their body daily – that means all of us! Perhaps you work in an office and suffer from tension and even injury in your neck, shoulders and lower back. Perhaps you are a gym enthusiast who could use a little maintenance, or even a competing athlete wishing to promote healing or prevent an injury. This versatile massage adapts to any situation, taking into account the particular needs of the client. Advanced techniques are used to ensure that the area of the body concerned is brought into balance. Treatment takes between 40 and 60 minutes. In the case of injury treatment, further treatments and certain stretches may be recommended.

Energy Balance Massage £55.00

This massage combines gentle back and shoulder massage with the ancient Japanese life-force energy technique known as Reiki. Following a blissful relaxing massage you will be covered in towels and treated to an energy balancing process working on the seven main energy points on the body (chakras) through which the life-force energy (Ki) is believed to channel. Described by one of our clients as ‘floating on air’ it is highly recommended for anyone wishing to relax, rejuvinate and replenish themselves. Treatment lasts 40-50 minutes.

While our Sports massage treatment concentrates on either the upper or lower body, this full body massage treatment covers everything from back, to legs, feet, arms, hands and finally head. Using all the general massage techniques appropriate to the individual client you are sure of a blissful experience leaving you relaxed and pampered. Treatment lasts 1 hour.
